Artificial intelligence
Effectively prevent retail theft with AI-powered video surveillance!
Real-time detection: the system flags a suspicious movement while it is happening — not only when footage is reviewed afterwards.
Every year, retailers suffer enormous financial losses from shoplifting and inventory shrinkage. Conventional measures such as cameras and security staff are often not enough — they document the theft instead of preventing it. AI-powered video analytics starts right here: it not only records but detects suspicious behavior the moment it happens.
Automatic threat detection
No constant monitoring by staff required
Real-time alerts
Instant notification of suspicious activity
Data-driven security strategy
Behavioral analysis to optimize security measures
Seamless integration
Works with existing camera systems
How does our solution with artificial intelligence work?
Our AI-powered video surveillance solution uses modern algorithms to detect suspicious movements, conspicuous behavior and patterns that could indicate potential theft.
Theft detection in real time
Unusual movements, lingering in certain places and repeated reaching for goods are analyzed automatically.
Real-time notification
Security staff receive instant alerts as soon as suspicious activity is detected.
Automatic logging
Suspicious incidents are recorded and stored for later analysis – all in line with GDPR requirements, of course.
Adapted to your requirements
The AI learns over time and adapts to the specific requirements of your store.
Benefits at a glance!
More security, fewer losses
By detecting theft early, it can be prevented before it happens.
Lower staffing costs
Less need for additional security staff, because the AI takes over the monitoring.
Valuable insights into customer behavior
Additional analysis features help you better understand your customers’ buying behavior and optimize your store layout.
Scalable solution for every company size
Whether supermarket, specialist store or retail chain – our AI-powered solution adapts to your requirements.
Instant alert on your phone: your staff receive the video clip within seconds and can react right away.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need new cameras?
No. Our AI works with your existing camera system, provided it is no more than ten years old. We check in advance, in a short initial analysis, whether your system is suitable.
Is facial recognition used?
No. The system detects suspicious movements and behavior patterns — no faces, no identification of individuals.
Is it compliant with data protection law?
Yes. Because no facial recognition takes place and behavior patterns rather than individuals are evaluated, the solution stays within the permitted framework. As with any video surveillance, you need a legal basis, signage and, depending on company size, the involvement of the works council. Your data protection officer carries out the assessment for your specific case.
Cloud or on-site server?
Both are possible — what matters is your internet connection. If the bandwidth is sufficient, the analysis runs in the cloud. If the connection is weak or the data must not leave the premises, we install a server in your store.
How does the rollout work?
In two steps: first the initial analysis of your camera system and internet connection. As soon as all access details are available, integration follows. Including staff training, this usually takes around four working days.
What does an initial consultation cost?
Nothing. We look at your situation and tell you honestly what is possible — and what is not. We only talk numbers after that.
Which stores is this worthwhile for?
Wherever shoplifting makes a noticeable dent — supermarkets, drugstores, DIY and electronics stores, fashion retailers. What matters is less the size of the sales floor than the number of existing cameras and how easy the space is to oversee. In the initial analysis we look at whether the effort pays off for you.
How is this different from video surveillance?
A conventional system records. The footage only helps once the theft has already happened and someone spends hours reviewing material. Our theft detection continuously analyzes the camera stream and reports conspicuous behavior the moment it occurs. Your staff can step in instead of logging the damage afterwards.
