Do we buy the hardware from you?
You can, but you don’t have to. We procure devices and licenses on fair terms, but we also set up hardware you have bought yourself.
How quickly do you help when there is a problem?
We solve many issues via remote support, often on the same day. If an on-site appointment is needed, we arrange it at short notice. For fixed response times we offer support contracts.
How does remote support work?
You start a small program and, once you approve, we get access to your screen. You can see what we are doing at all times and can end the connection.
Do you also take care of data backup?
Yes. We set up backups locally and off-site, check regularly that the backup works and test the restore. Because a backup is only as good as its restore.
Can you take over our existing IT?
Yes. We document the current state, take over access credentials and licenses in an orderly way and show you where action is needed.
